Right To Modify Rates And Fees

Pulphus Freight Solutions LLC (PFS) reserves the right to modify, increase, decrease, or otherwise adjust its service rates, dispatch fees, onboarding fees, and other applicable charges.

PFS will provide carriers with at least thirty (30) calendar days' written notice before any rate changes take effect.

Rate changes will apply prospectively and will not affect services already completed, fees already earned, or previously agreed charges unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing.

Any changes to rates under an existing signed agreement will be subject to that agreement's amendment provisions and applicable law.

Continued use of PFS services after the effective date of a properly authorized rate change will constitute acceptance only to the extent permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

PFS reserves the right to offer promotional pricing, discounts, and individually negotiated rates, subject to management approval.

Signed Agreement Controls

If these Website Terms and Conditions conflict with a signed Carrier Dispatch Agreement, the signed Carrier Dispatch Agreement controls.

Existing signed agreements and accepted policy versions retain their original terms. A website update does not amend a signed agreement.
