Pulphus Freight Solutions LLC provides dispatch services to contracted motor carriers and does not operate as a freight broker. This portal gives verified brokers an additional method of sharing available load opportunities for review by PFS and the motor carriers it dispatches.
Posting a load does not constitute acceptance of the shipment by PFS, does not make PFS the motor carrier or freight broker for the shipment, and does not create a broker-carrier relationship with PFS. Any transportation arrangement is subject to acceptance and appropriate documentation between the authorized broker and the motor carrier.
