Additional assigned drivers: $25 each. Replacement driver setup: $15. Routine existing-driver information updates: free. Medical pricing replaces the general freight setup charge for the same vehicle. Mixed fleets and 10+ vehicles require management review. Screening costs require separate disclosure and approval.
New quotes use approved, versioned pricing; discounts require an explicit management decision. The agreed dispatch fee remains separate under the signed agreement. No guaranteed loads or revenue.
